Agreement For Lease - Negotiations with 3 Operators.

Build Contract requires 5 sectional completions - Construction Value £5.5M

Reserved Matters application submitted in July ’20. Awaiting outcome of planning prior to commencing on site.

Scheme tendered in September ’21. Award of contract, subject to Planning.

The Planning Committee date is scheduled for 3rd February 2022.
