Omega Warrington Ltd (OWL) is currently developing out the former 600-acre RAF Burtonwood airbase on the north-west edge of Warrington under a Development Agreement with Homes England. Since construction commenced on Omega in 2012, OWL has completed in excess of £60 million of infrastructure, developed approximately 5 million sq.ft. of logistics and manufacturing space and sold 4 residential sites to Miller Homes; Redrow; Taylor Wimpey and Castle Green Homes (formerly MacBryde Homes) on which a total of 761 homes will be built.

Residential Zone 6 (refer to Omega South Masterplan) was taken to market and the sale to Bloor Homes was completed in June 2021.
