Civils Infrastructure Programme for the design and construction of roads; surface water; foul drainage; utilities and landscaping to create 4 Residential Plots, a Mixed-Use scheme and associated SUDS and Drainage.

New OPP consent was secured for 1200 Residential Units and a Mixed-Use Retail scheme.
