Scope and appointments for professional design team, management of the design outputs, defining the scope of works & identifying key interfaces, preparation of project estimates, procurement options, building contracts and cost monitoring throughout. H&S project risk assessment & liability, management and co-ordination of trades, specialist manufacturers and installers.

Brought structure to the confusion of various design iterations and aspirations

A traditional stone built property approx. 1909. Redeveloped and extended to create:
